An apartment is not suitable for the profile, as there are too many energy consumption factors
affected by the surrounding apartments that will make any assessment inaccurate. Energy
consumption from a shared central heating and/or central shared water heating system cannot be
divided to determine the energy consumption from the individual apartments that they serve.
