Customers are offered a choice of service plans and providers as well as a range of convenient bundled services.
All transactions are handled online via a Move Center site implemented with your name and brand (this is at your
option) and hosted by Enercom. Customer service is provided via email and a toll-free phone number. None of
your IT or call center personnel or other resources are required. There is no cost to you to offer the Move
Center to your customers since Enercom and its partner Connect Utilities are paid by the service providers.
If you do not offer customers online connect, disconnect and transfer for your own services this can be added to your Move Center for a modest
cost. No CIS integration is required under this basic approach. Enercom can also implement customized solutions
with full CIS integration. Both approaches are Move Center options you can consider.
